Gimlet Drinks – Bitter Orange Cordial (50cl)

Bitter Orange Cordial by Gimlet Drinks.

Gimlet makes cordials, naturally fermented vinegars and cider at Spa Terminus in Bermondsey, London, and grows much of its fruit in Somerset. It also runs Gimlet Bar, a portable bar for hire.

Bitter Orange Cordial features:

• A Venetian-style aperitivo cordial: a citrus and herb blend with a rich, floral, zesty flavour and a gentle background bitterness.
• Ingredients: Sicilian Tarocco blood orange (63%), Seville orange juice (37%), sugar, water, Amalfi lemon (10%), Gimlet fruit vinegar, raspberry, gentian root, hibiscus, fennel seed, bay leaves.
• Serve with fresh lime juice, tonic and sparkling mineral water, or in a spritz with soda and sparkling wine. Gimlet suggests crisps and gilda alongside.
• No artificial additives, preservatives or stabilisers. Made by hand in the UK.
• 50cl bottle.

Allergens: may contain sulphites, not added but occurring naturally through fermentation.
