Filotea – Orecchiette

Orecchiette by Filotea.

Made in Ancona, Le Marche, in the ear-shaped form long associated with Puglia and the broader southern Italian table. Filotea produces it using artisan bronze-die extrusion and slow drying, giving each piece a rough, concave surface that is made for sauce.
