An organic, naturally sparkling water kefir brewed in Belgium. Re-fermented in bottle and left unfiltered and unpasteurized, it develops a lively effervescence and expressive red fruit aromas inspired by the floral depth of hibiscus and the tart brightness of blackcurrant leaf.
