Made in Anglet in the French Basque Country by Datxa, a small producer founded in 2021 by three friends. Each batch is brewed in small quantities with organic ingredients and bottled in glass. The maté, ginger and lemon edition is energising and lively, with a warm spice and citrus bite. Lightly sparkling.
