Made in Anglet in the French Basque Country by Datxa, a small producer founded in 2021 by three friends. This kombucha is brewed on a Darjeeling tea base and finished with pomegranate for a tart, lightly fruity character. Certified organic, bottled in glass. Lightly sparkling.
