Made in Anglet in the French Basque Country by Datxa, a small producer founded in 2021 by three friends. Eldorado is a kombucha brewed with saffron and hibiscus – golden in colour, floral and gently spiced, with the natural tartness of kombucha fermentation. Certified organic. Bottled in glass.
