Cream of Zucchini, Mint & White Miso by Materia.

Inspired by the Japanese aemono tradition of light miso-dressed vegetables, this cream combines summer courgette, fresh mint and white miso with Filippo Cea almonds. Delicate and aromatic – light enough for each ingredient to register on its own.

Cream of Zucchini, Mint & White Miso features:

• Summer courgette as the base – sweet, mild and fresh.
• White miso for a gentler fermented depth than red miso.
• Fresh mint adds brightness and liveliness.
