Chilli Chan's is an Amsterdam kitchen built around Taiwanese home cooking, and this jar is where it started: a reworking of co-founder Eyan's mother's recipe, made in small batches in the Netherlands. Roasted garlic and chilli are slowly infused into sunflower oil, with Sichuan peppercorn for the tingle.

Crispy Chilli Oil features:

• Sunflower oil with 18% chilli, roasted garlic, sesame seeds and Sichuan peppercorn.
• Made in small batches in the Netherlands, with no MSG.
• Medium heat, vegan and gluten free.
