Made by Régis Boucabeille at Corneilla-la-Rivière in Roussillon – a 21-hectare organic estate farming the schist hillsides of the Força Real massif, certified organic since 2008. Les Orris comes from slate soils at altitude, giving the Syrah a mineral edge and natural freshness alongside its rich dark-fruit character.
