Made by Régis Boucabeille at Corneilla-la-Rivière in Roussillon – a 21-hectare organic estate farming the schist hillsides of the Força Real massif, certified organic since 2008. Le Bon Sauvage is a natural wine with no added sulphur, made to express the vineyard as directly as possible: organic grapes, unfiltered and unfined.

Le Bon Sauvage rouge 2025 features:

• 60% Grenache noir, 40% Carignan.
• No added sulphur – natural, unfined, unfiltered.
