Babbo Foods – Freschissima

Babbo was founded by two friends who wanted to bring truly traceable, organic Italian food to tables beyond Italy, sourcing from artisan farmers in Tuscany. Freschissima, which means very fresh, is their bright, raw-style tomato sauce made from organic Tuscan tomatoes with minimal cooking, preserving the freshness and acidity of the fruit. It is made for pasta that should taste like summer, even in February.
