Apartamento – New York Living Rooms, Dominique Nabokov

New York Living Rooms by Dominique Nabokov, published by Apartamento Publishing.

Originally commissioned as a photo essay for The New Yorker in 1995 and first published as a book in 1998, Nabokov's Polaroids record the living rooms of New York cultural figures including Susan Sontag, Norman Mailer, Louise Bourgeois, Allen Ginsberg and Joan Didion, with nothing added or altered. This hardcover reissue keeps the original introduction by poet James Fenton.
