Botte secrete 2020

Botte Secrète 2020 is a biodynamic Tuscan red wine from Stefano Amerighi and Vin des Potes. Made from 100% Sangiovese grapes grown on clay and limestone soils, this wine is fermented with a combination of destemmed and whole bunch methods, then aged for 20 months in concrete and tronconic tanks. Dense and fresh, it offers a herbaceous, sometimes sanguine, and resinous character, best enjoyed with grilled red meat.
