Richard Stávek – RR Riesling 2022

A bold, zero-zero take on Riesling from 40-year-old vines. This wine undergoes a long skin maceration (around 10 days) and is aged in local acacia barrels. The profile is intensely aromatic, featuring notes of orange peel, dried apricot, grapefruit, and exotic spices. It is dry, with high acidity and a pronounced mineral complexity and structure. Serve slightly chilled with spicy food or cured meats.
