Pinot 100% birch sap 700ml

The vintage 2023 archive has beautifully matured in bottles.

Ingredients:

• 100% birch sap and macerated grape skins from natural winemaker M. Nestarec. No added sugar, water, preservatives, or yeast cultures. Unpasteurized, unfiltered. Carbon dioxide and cloudiness are created by a gradual lactic fermentation process directly in the bottle.

Serving:

• Gently shake before opening. Best served in a wine glass. The bottle is suitable for archiving. <0.3% alcohol.
