Climax 2022

Climax 2022 is a sparkling rosé from Fraissé-des-Corbières, made with organically farmed, 50-year-old Carignan vines. The grapes are direct-pressed, then bottled before fermentation completes, resulting in a 12-month bottle fermentation. This yields a very fruity and refreshing sparkling rosé.
