Carbonet 2021

Carbonet is an elegant, fruity blend of Cabernet Sauvignon and Cabernet Franc, offering freshness and intense spice. The grapes, from a south-facing vineyard in Vörösmál-Aszófö, are whole-cluster fermented in open vats, then pressed and aged in oak barrels. Unfiltered, this wine displays aromas of cassis, plum, paprika, laurel, allspice, and smoke, with a palate of red fruit, dark cherry, and plum, balanced by acidity and soft tannins.
